Carrera DIGITAL 124/132 Wireless 2.0 Speed Controller

This Carrera DIGITAL 124/132 Wireless 2.0 speed controller is used to add an extra controller to an existing Wireless 2.0 set-up which allows up to 6 drivers to race at the same time. The Wireless 2.0 system’s 2.4-GHz radio technology guarantees interruption-free action at ranges of up to 49 feet, as well as a stable connection for unrestricted freedom of movement around the Carrera Digital racetrack.

This Wireless 2.0 hand-held speed controller can only be operated in conjunction with the Wireless 2.0 receiver (sold separately) and is not directly compatible with the previous 2.4-GHz Wireless+ system that has controllers that dock on a charging station.

Information on the compatibility of Carrera Wireless 2.0 with the previous 2.4-GHz Wireless+ system: Wireless 2.0 hand-held controllers can only be operated with a Wireless 2.0 receiver. The previous Wireless+ hand-held controllers only work with Wireless+ receiver. Nevertheless, parallel operation is possible if both a Wireless 2.0 receiver 20010122 and a Wireless+ receiver 20010112 are connected to the Carrera Digital Control Unit. However, the addresses of the vehicles must not be assigned twice.
