Description
This Redcat Racing BS701-008 motor heat sink is 1 9/16 inches wide and simply clips on the outside of a 36mm diameter or 550 size RC motor to help dissipate excess heat. If you notice that the motor temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit or above, then this is the first thing to try to bring the temps down.
For best results, be sure that the heat sink is in direct contact with the metal can of the motor. This may mean peeling away part of the motor label (if it has one).
Includes: 1 - clip on motor heat sink.
Note: The actual color of the heatsink is gunmetal and not blue as shown in the picture.
