Description

This Viper Scale Racing AFX Mega-G+ 7T pinion gear is compatible with both the AFX Mega-G+ and Life Like T HO slot cars. This pinion gear features a small bore and is only for 1 mm diameter motor shafts.

Paired with a 23T crown gear, the 7T runs about a 3.29:1 ratio, compared with about 2.88:1 on the 8T. Tighter tracks with lots of corners usually do better with this 7T, which gives you more punch out of the turns.

Wish they was standard on all Mega G+ cars. This pinion is one of the issues with Mega G+ cars. Couple little improvements would go far for the hobby's health and growth.
