Bulldog AFX SRT HO Slot Car Chassis - Grey wheels

SRT stands for Super Racing Turbo and this one lives up to its name with high downforce neo traction magnets and revised gearing that gives better acceleration. This Bulldog Racing AFX SRT (1.5 inch wheelbase) HO slot car chassis fits modern AFX and Auto World X-Traction 1.5" wheelbase sedan style bodies including the Chaparral 2D, Cobra Daytona Coupe and the Ford GT40. Also, fits Tomy AFX Super G+, Racing Turbo, SRT and Aurora AFX Magna-Traction HO slot car bodies from the past. The SRT offers a step up in handling in comparison to the original AFX Turbo.

Bulldog HO Racing has improved the original Tomy AFX SRT chassis by enclosing the holes of the front axle to keep it from popping out in a crash. They even added extra holes for a longer 1.65" wheelbase option to aid with Lexan bodies and those that like to mold their own resin bodies. Additional improvements include pickup shoe bumpers to keep them from flying off in a crash and motor supports have been modified to hold the motor firmer in the chassis.

The Bulldog AFX SRT HO chassis is best driven with a 45 to 60 ohm controller such as the original 8630 Tomy AFX controller (no red lettering on the top of the handle) or the Auto World thumb style controller.
