Description
This Redcat Racing flat bottom skid plate and battery tray are used in place of the stock components to eliminate the bump on the bottom of the Gen 8 Scout II skid plate. A great way to get some extra clearance to prevent the skid plate from getting caught up on the rough stuff!
Includes: 1 - flat bottom skid plate and 1 - battery tray.

Flat bottom for serious terrain
This is an improvement in the Gen8 Axe edition that fortunately is also available for the regular Gen8. In normal situations, your truck is more than capable to go through rough terrain. However, there will be some difficult courses in which every little bit of clearance counts and I like the affordable mod that works like this.

Redcat flat center skid
Direct replacement of original without that annoying bump. COG seems unaffected.
